Using HCM Analytics to Drive HR

Over the past few weeks, HCI and its research and online talent communities partner SAP, conducted a survey of HR and business leaders regarding their human capital management (HCM) analytical practices. In the coming months, a new report will be published, highlighting the most interesting and relevant findings on how talent management measures, analyzes and shares this information. Data are nothing more than numbers on a page (or smart phone) if not used to drive improvement. In this video, Peter Howes, Vice President at SuccessFactors, discusses the common pitfalls of trying to effectively implement a workforce planning strategy and the use of data in this process.
